You can view your cat 24/7 through the CCTV in their suite, and you’ll also receive daily photo and video updates, plus reports on their wellbeing, meal intake and litter box use.
Customised Cat Care
Every cat is unique, and so is the boarding care we provide. For shy first-timers, curtain blinds offer extra privacy so they can adjust at their own pace. For active cats, interaction time can be adapted to their needs.
Personalised Meal Plan
Kibble, wet food, treats, raw food or steamed chicken breast — whatever your cat usually eats at home, bring it along and we’ll serve it according to your cat’s dietary needs.

While you're away enjoying your own holiday, we want your cat enjoying theirs — That's the whole idea behind Paldives, a real resort stay, not just a place to wait out your absence.
Our co-founder, Laura, holds the Fear Free (Boarding & Daycare) certification personally, renews annually, and Paldives runs on those principles daily. Making Paldives the first ever cat resort in Johor Bahru listed on the official Fear Free Directory.
In practice, that means we let your cat leave the carrier in their own time instead of lifting them out. We approach at their level, never from above. We read the cat's body language, including tail carriage, whisker position, breathing, and back off before a cat has to tell us twice. We use F10 and vet-approved disinfectants and keep the team fragrance-free. Feliway diffusers are provided when required as part of our boarding care.
No cages, no dogs, no odour, no other cat in your cat's space.
